City of Paducah residents can now begin signing up for voluntary, single-stream, curbside recycling. The program has been under development for the past few months with the first collection scheduled to begin January 22, 2018. iLove It when I can recycle in Paducah!

It's '$90 for 90' at Family Service Society

The Family Service Society of Paducah, the second oldest assistance agency in the region, is celebrating their 90th anniversary. They are raising funds for their many programs and trying to locate descendants of the original founding members. iLove It when an agency that helps so many people has been around so long!

A Dickens of a Christmas!

Next Saturday, right after Thanksgiving, downtown Paducah will be transformed for this year’s Dickens of a Christmas. The event encourages holiday shoppers to “shop local” with a Victorian-inspired atmosphere. iLove It when I can shop locally during the holidays!

Halfway to Lower Town!

The day before Thanksgiving - Wednesday, November 22, the Lower Town Arts and Music Festival will celebrate the halfway point to the 2018 event. If you are a lover of the LTAMF, then you do not want to miss this fun evening of great music. iLove It when there’s only six months left until the festival!

Bye Bye Birdie at Tilghman

Bye Bye Birdie is a 1960 Tony award winner for best musical and it has been one of the most produced musicals in high schools across the country for 50 years. This year the talented cast and crew of high school children at Paducah Tilghman will be performing this beloved classic. iLove It when it’s musical time!

OctoberFest - Music in the Vineyard

The weather has finally cooled off just in time for all the wonderful October festivals and events going on in our area. One of the best is sure to be OctoberFest - Music in the Vineyard which is being held at Fancy Farm Winery & Vineyard. Grab a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy great music, food and of course wine. iLove It when I can celebrate the season with wine!

For many people, autumn is a favorite season – a time to enjoy crisp evenings, cozy bonfires, and bright colors. It also means the return of Oktoberfest in Paducah. This annual fundraiser for Maiden Alley Cinema has become a staple of fall fun in the area. iLove It when there’s beer, sausage, & dance all one fun festival!

40 Years of Hunters Moon

For many years, the village of Grand Rivers has celebrated their community with the Hunters Moon Fall festival. This well-known regional festival features food, crafts, a flea market and children’s games and activities. There’s also a Little Mister and Miss Pageant, children’s Halloween costume parade and awards, live music and dance in Little Lake Park, and a big parade. This festival is celebrating its 40th year, and iLove It!
