Night At Noon

We’re just days away from August 21 when the moon will pass between the Earth and the Sun and western Kentucky will experience a Total Solar Eclipse! West Kentucky Community and Technical College's Night at Noon is a party with front-row seats so you don’t want to miss it! iLove It when it’s Night at Noon!

Kids Creative Craft Fair

Parents often wonder how to encourage creativity in their children. One of the best ways is to take them to events and let them experience the arts in a tangible, every day setting. The Market House is back for the fifth year with its Street Fair on the Square. iLove It when the arts are promoted for our children.

Coming Home!

American independence is celebrated on the 4th of July, but many African-American communities in Western Kentucky also commemorate another day of freedom. The 8th of August is both an Emancipation celebration and a homecoming, and it’s been a tradition since the 1860s. There are many 8th of August emancipation celebrations taking place in Paducah next week. iLove it!

The Fancy Farm Picnic

This August 5, 2017, make plans to attend the 137th annual Fancy Farm Picnic – food, games, and politics is what this annual get-together is all about. There’s bingo, a car raffle and even a couple of road races for you athletic gurus. iLove It when people come together to raise funds and to listen to all sides.

Riding in the Moonlight

Paducah is home to many bike lovers and many beautiful bike trails. It’s also the home of some hot and steamy summer weather - so the Moonlight Bike Ride was born. This event is a great way to enjoy a late night ride while supporting a great local cause. Riding my bike around Paducah at night – iLove it!

Stuff That Bus!

School supplies can cost a small fortune - especially if you have two or more children to shop for. That’s why the United Way of Paducah & McCracken County started Stuff the Bus. Last year they helped around 650 families get their supplies. This year, the goal is to help even more. iLove It when I can help kids have a successful school year!

Pretty Super Meet & Greet

Paducah Main Street is organizing the second annual Pretty Super Meet & Greet. It’s a fun day when downtown Paducah is filled with comic book heroes and villains, Disney princesses and so much more! This free event brings families and businesses together in downtown Paducah. This town is pretty super and iLove it!

Check the live music, Mud Drag Races, Goat show and more...iLove it!

Is Your Junk a Secret Treasure?

Should you toss or keep that old lamp in the attic? What about your great-uncle’s cufflinks — should they be in the wall safe? You might want to take them to the upcoming Kentucky Collectibles Appraisal Fair. That’s where expert appraisers can help you decide if your attic, or basement, is full of junk or – maybe it’s secretly storing a family heirloom.
