Paducah Parks Services will open the Noble Park Pool for the season on Saturday, May 27. During the season, which runs through Tuesday August 8, you can head over to cool off and enjoy a fun time swimming and playing from Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are 11 am until 5 pm, and on Sunday from 1 until 5 pm.
The pool will be closed to the public on Mondays with the exception of Memorial Day when it's open 11 am until 5 pm.
The Noble Park Pool features a double slide and double diving board. It also has an accessible pool lift.
Children must be completely potty-trained to swim in the pool. A spray pad for younger children is available and requires the use of swim diapers for children who are not completely potty-trained.
Pool admission is $6 for adults and for children at least five years old, $3.50 for children four-years-old and younger, and $3.50 for seniors. Every Friday it's Family Swim Nights and there will be discounted rates from 6 - 8 pm.
Season passes are a great way to make visiting the pool really affordable. A season pass is $50 per person, but you can buy three for just $125. Passes are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am - 5 pm, at the Paducah Parks Services Office located 1400 HC Mathis Drive. Season passes cannot be purchased at the Noble Park Pool. A season pass allows for admission on any day through August 8 and includes Family Swim Nights.
The Pool concession stand is open Tuesday - Saturday 11:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Sunday 1:30 - 4:30 pm. It’s also open for the Friday Family Swim Events. Plus, it's open during the Movies in the Park and Concerts in the Park events. You can grab a quick snack or lunch that includes hamburgers, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, Dippin' Dots ice cream, Pepsi products, and more!
Registration also is underway for swim lessons at the pool. Classes offered include PreK Swim and Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. The classes are two-week sessions held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The cost is $40 per session (except for PreK Swim which is $35 per session). Three sessions of classes will be offered in 2017 from 9:45 to 10:45 am or 5:15 to 6:15 pm. The session dates are June 6 - June 15, June 20 - June 29, and July 11 - 20.
The Robert Coleman Sprayground is located at Husbands Street and Walter Jetton Drive in Paducah. It will open to the public on Saturday, May 27. The sprayground is free and open daily from 10 am - 8 pm. You can play every day through Labor Day or until the weather turns chilly.

May 27: Pool Opening Day - The Noble Park Pool will open for the 2017 season on Saturday, May 27. It will be open Memorial Day and Independence Day from 11 am until 5 pm.
Family Swim Nights - Enjoy family swim nights on Friday nights from 6:15 until 8:15. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult during family swim. The Concession Stand will be open. Cost is $3 per person.
June 17: Paducah Regatta - The Paducah Regatta will be held on Saturday, June 17. Using cardboard and duct tape to construct a boat, the goal is to race it across the pool without sinking. All of the supplies to build your boat will be provided, or bring your cardboard boat from home. All boats must meet specified rules and requirements. Registration begins at 8:45 am with the boat races at 10 am. Participants are given a maximum of one hour to build their boat, and all boat-building stops at race time. Trophies will be awarded.
August 8: Closing Day - This is the last day the Noble Park Pool will be open to the public for the 2017 season.
