Be the Change 5k will be returning to Murray’s Chestnut Park for its third year this Saturday, May 19, from 8-11 am. The run/walk helps raise awareness about mental health issues and treatment in our community. Mental illness is often overlooked issue that can lead to addiction, suicide and even community violence. iSupport helping others who are suffering!

Fixin' up the neighborhood

Paducah is a really beautiful city, especially in spring and early summer - wanna help keep it that way? The Midtown Alliance of Neighbors is sponsoring a Citywide Repair Affair Work Day on Saturday. This year they’re working at spots around town. Grab your hammer and a generous spirit, and help some folks keep their property beautiful. iSupport fixin’ up the neighborhood!

Unmasking Autism

Families on the Spectrum is gearing up to host its fifth annual fundraiser, “Unmasking Autism.” The gala is raising money to support all the work that the organization does throughout the year. The gala will feature a fully catered meal, a silent auction, music, dancing, and a cash bar. iSupport helping families meet the challenge of spectrum disorders!

Making Great Strides

The Kentucky/West Virginia Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation  is hosting a Great Strides walk in Paducah. It’s part of a big national event to raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis. CF is a debilitating and rare genetic disease. iSupport walking to help others!

Tymeless Hearts 5k

Tymeless Hearts is a nonprofit that helps families born with the most common birth defect, congenital heart defects (CHD). Join them for a 5K walk/run to honor heart warrior Nash Hall. All the money raised will help children and adults with congenital heart defects. iSupport Nash Hall and everyone with a less than perfect heart!

It's SpringTINI Time in Paducah

SpringTINI is an annual event to promote community awareness of the services provided by Heartland CARES, Inc. It’s all happening from 5:30 - 8:30pm, on Thursday, May 3 at Market House Square in historic downtown Paducah. This is the 7th year Heartland Cares has held this successful event and 2018 is set to be the best yet! iSupport cocktails in the springtime – yes I do!

Mayfield is filling Empty Bowls

The 5th annual Mayfield-Graves County Empty Bowls Event will take place this Saturday. Participants get to choose a unique, handmade bowl and then fill is with a sample of delicious cuisine from twenty local restaurants. After eating, participants take the bowls home as a reminder that there are people all around the world, and in their own community, who don’t have enough to eat. iSupport filling empty bowls!

The 2018 Bargain Fair Goes Fixer-Upper

Every year, the ladies of the Charity League pour countless volunteer hours into creating a Spring event. Last year's "Paducah Bluegrass Bash" was a tremendous success, and this year the league will be hosting a Bargain Fair  - a “Fixer-Upper” The money raised goes to support local charities, primary Easter Seals. iSupport everything old that’s new again!

Running for Justice and Children

In 2013, there were 432 confirmed cases of child abuse that included physical, sexual, emotional abuse and neglect in the Purchase Area. Yes, child abuse exists here in western Kentucky… and it’s in our backyard. You can help the fight against this epidemic by participating in the Justice Run on April 21. So, put on your running shoes and bring your hero spirit. iSupport running abuse and neglect away!

Men Who Cook is a fun-filled evening of chef competitions, amazing culinary creations, a live auction, a DJ, and more! It’s all in the spirit of raising funds for the Purchase Area Sexual Assault Center. Now in its 13th year, Men Who Cook is being held on April 14 from 6 -10 pm at the Julian Carroll Convention Center.
