This event will be jam-packed with dinner, wine, and music. There will also be skin care tips and glamour instruction by Donna Thomas with Mary Kay Cosmetics. Donna has been with Mary Kay for 11 years. She will be offering a variety of cosmetics, body care and fragrances, including their Mary Kay Men’s line.
Regina Morton whose cooking is well known around town, opened Muddea’s Soul Food & BBQ, her new restaurant, in Paducah this summer. The Glam Ladies Night Out is an idea she came up with to raise money for Habitat. Giving back to the Community, especially our local Habitat, is very important to her. Glam Ladies Night Out is a great opportunity for ladies to try Muddea's delicious cooking, have some fun, get to know some other ladies in Paducah, and receive glamour instruction from a professional Mary Kay Consultants. There is no obligation to buy any products.
“We are hoping that 100 ladies or more will buy a ticket for themselves and a friend,” said Brenda Langlois, Executive Director of the Paducah-McCracken County Habitat for Humanity . “Please come out for a ladies night of fine dining and support Habitat in the process. Muddea's is a large restaurant and can hold a lot of ladies needing a “sanity night out”. The funds raised will go toward a new house build.”
“Habitat's goal is to build a house in 2018,” explained Langlois. “Habitat must raise all the money to build the house before breaking ground. Fundraising events such as Muddea's Glam Ladies Night Out, sponsorships, and donations by businesses, organizations and churches are critical toward raising funds to build much needed homes. The need for safe, affordable housing is great in Paducah and McCracken County.”
