Boy Scouts Celebrate 100 Years with Muralist Herb Roe

legacy

You gotta love the Boy Scouts. Cute uniforms. Always prepared. Can build fire with sticks and all that.

On Sunday, Feb. 6, Boy Scout Troop 1 celebrates 100 years! And they've invited a very special guest!

The event starts at 9:30 a.m., at Grace Episcopal, then there's a march to Water Street, a mural unveiling and dedication and then a reception back at Grace. Everyone is invited, and scouts and alumni are encouraged to bring memorabilia and share scouting stories.

So, um, prepare yourself for some very good fun!
