Energy Fitness Bootcamps: They’re Energy Extreme!

Check out Energy Fitness Bootcamps, extreme workouts in a group setting taught by EF’s Personal Training team!
It’s variety! It’s muscle confusion! It’s exciting! It’s just fun!
Bootcamps motivate you to go beyond your limits, which means results will happen. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone, build endurance or just shake up your routine…Bootcamp is the answer!
Registration is now open, with classes beginning Monday, Sept. 13 and continuing for six weeks of hard core fitness!
EF offers four classes to choose from:
- M-W-F at 6 a.m.
- M-W-F at 10 a.m.
- M-W at 6 p.m. and SAT at 10 am.
- T-TH at 5 p.m. and SAT at 9 a.m.

EF Midtown offers one class:
- T-TH at 4:30 p.m. and SAT at 10 a.m.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required — classes are limited to 10 people. No class week of fall break.
