SpringTINI is the signature fundraiser for Heartland CARES, Inc., (HCI). This local non-profit provides comprehensive, client-centered, health care, as well as support services, and HIV testing. Purchase your ticket and sample signature martinis, flavored tea, and specialty hors d’oeuvres prepared by some of Paducah’s best local restaurants.
Now in its 8th year, the event is happening May 23 at Market House Square in historic downtown Paducah. Heartland Care Inc., always presents a fun evening and the event draws a big crowd. The street party begins at 5:30pm and run until 8:30pm.
An affordable and tax deductible $50 ticket will allow each guest to sample a martini from each of the participating restaurants and nibble on delicious appetizers galore. Not a drinker? No problem - there will also be flavored teas available as well.
Judges will give an award for Best Martini, while participants vote on awards for Favorite Tea, Best Appetizer, Best Theme and Best Bartender.
This years’ participating restaurants include: Burger Theory, Grill 211, Mellow Mushroom, Shandies, JP's Bar & Grill, Tribeca, Doe's Eat Place, Cynthia's Ristorante, The 1857 Hotel, Fresh Foodies Gourmet Catering and The Johnson Bar. Each of these vendors will be set up outside, on the Broadway side of Market House Square.
SpringTini includes a huge silent auction. While strolling around Market House Square, guests will also have the opportunity to bid on a multitude of fantastic items such as jewelry, Coach purses, pet items, golf packages, and more! There will also be live music to get everyone in the party spirit.
HCI says the support from the community is overwhelming and everyone really enjoys participating. “SpringTINI participation grows each year,” said Donna Reeder, Executive Director of Heartland CARES, Inc. “We are excited to have even more restaurants participating this year. We want to extend a sincere appreciation to our title sponsor this year, Gilead Sciences, and to our Benefactor of HOPE, Murray State University Social Work Program.”
