Produced jointly with MSU Department of English and Philosophy as part of the Murray State University Shakespeare Festival. Much Ado About Nothing pokes fun at the language of love, for and against, as Beatrice’s words “I had rather hear my dog bark at a crow, than a man swear he loves me” suggest. This comedy also highlights the consequences of gossip and deception as well as the importance of honor in the pursuit of position and romance.
